Life Story:
1727369 Private James William Barlow was born in 1920.

He was on parachute course 69 at Ramat David, Palestine, from 28 September – 5 October 1943 and was assigned to 7 Platoon of C Company.

On Monday September 18, 1944, he flew to Holland and his aircraft was shot down between the villages of Rhenen and Wageningen in Holland, causing him to have been killed at the age of 24.

James is buried at Wageningen General Cemetery Plot 2, Joint grave 792A in The Netherlands.
